Qualification Any graduation
Experience 2 to 4 years of experience in educational or employment counseling / Experience in recruitment industry.
Communication Skills Multi-Lingual, should be proficient in English and local language
Salary As per industrial norms.
Work Timings TMI group work timings (8:45 mins/day, start between 8:30 am – 10:30 am) based on the business demand sometimes need to stretch
Company Provided Training 4 days role based training will be provided to help the incumbent appreciate the deliverables in the job.
Career Progression Will become senior counselor handling a team of counselors at zonal level
Locations where TMI is hiring presently TMI Hyderabad, Ahmedabad , Bangalore , Chennai , Delhi , Pune
Locations where these roles will be required in the future Presently only in Ahmedabad , Bangalore , Chennai , Delhi may be to other locations where TMI operates based on the business demand

Nature of Work
  • Interacting with the walk-in candidates and collect their complete information as per process
  • Go through and understand the candidate’s qualification, experience and preferences
  • Thoroughly understand the candidates Job Personality (JP) fitment report and candidate’s personality type
  • Counsel the candidate based on his qualification, preference and JP fitment
  • Suggest suitable training modules / jobs that the candidate can apply for
  • Ensure submission of counselors report immediately after the counseling session
  • Supporting the sourcing team in conducting the walk-ins, training programs.
  • Assessing candidates for a job role
  • Responsible for converting the daily walk-in eligible candidates into attending interview for vacant position
  • Generating MIS report on regular basis
